New options for
the
GPS10RBN |
|
|
|
Option 30B gives
five pulse outputs. Each pulse output will
drive TTL levels into a 50 ohm load. The
pulse repetition frequency can be set to 1 PPS,
10 PPS, 100 PPS, 1k PPS or 10k PPS.
Selection is by jumpers on the PCB. |

New Ultra low phase noise components |
| |
|
A new range of
ultra low phase noise components are being
introduced by Precision Test Systems.
These components are currently used inside many
of our products but are now available to the end
user as individual modules:
Ultra low phase
noise oscillator
This oscillator is
a oven controlled oscillator with outstanding
phase noise. The most common frequency is
10 MHz. Here we make a phase noise is -112
dBc/Hz @ a 1 Hz offset with a -172 dBc/Hz noise
floor. Options to -115 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz
offset will be available in the future.
Other frequencies
are available such as 5 MHz. We are also
able to supply a PLL module so many other
frequencies can be realized up to 1 GHz.
Ultra low phase
noise multipliers and dividers
We now offer our
x2 and /2 ultra low phase noise multipliers and
dividers. A typical application is 5 MHz
in and 10 MHz out and 10 MHz in and 5 MHz out.
Phase noise is < -130 dBc/Hz @ 1 Hz with a -172
dBc/Hz noise floor. Gain is 0 dB.
Normal IC dividers
cannot achieve this low level of phase noise.
These components
are designed for one frequency band.
Frequency bands from 1 MHz to 2 GHz are
available.
Applications are
RF systems components, up and down conversion,
system integration. Contact us for further
details.
New PLL Range
Phase lock loops
(PLL) are well proven in industry. We are
experts in designing low phase noise PLL's with
or without there own VCO. We are also
working on a digital phase lock loop for
ultimate low phase noise performance.
